i am looking for a 2 bedroomed property to rent in the leeds area preferably in leeds 10/11. i am a single male of 28 years and am on short term dss so need somewhere that does not require a bond or rent in advance(i know i am asking a lot here)but have not had much luck this year(lost my job and relationship broke down)so i just need a sympathetic lanlord to give me a chance. i am very responsible and trustworthy so would look after any property i rented and the rent would be gauranteed every month. i have a beautiful 2 year old daughter who i have shared access of and who needs somewhere to sleep when she stays with me(am i pulling on anyones heartstrings yet) i desperately need somewhere so if there is any landlords out there willing to help me please get in touch, thankyou for taking the time to read my plea (sorry ad)
