Salary: $20 -$23 / hr + Super

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager where all your efforts will never go unnoticed!

The responsibilities of this role include:

* Working with end users after purchase of a product.

* Attending to Customer Service enquiries with regards to warranty and repairs.

* Data entry to ensure both the retailer and customers details are up to date.

* Working with other departments such as Service centres or returns to ensure Customer satisfaction.

* Meeting KPI's set by management.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

* Previous Customer Service experience (1-2 years)

* Good communication skills

* Be a natural problem solver who is able to overcome challenges when they arise

* Great data entry skills

* Computer based skills (SAP, Excel is beneficial)
